Case Studies & History
Hardware Products enjoys an extensive history with custom hardware success stories. In fact, Alexander Graham Bell would come over to our Richmond Street address in the North End of Boston and try springs for his device. He was a regular visitor to our plant as he revised and revised the invention that would become the telephone. We invite you to learn from our experience with others, and look forward to working with you on your own success story!

>> Accuracy Prevents Waste in Alcohol Bottling Process
One of our more accurate applications was for a bottling machine which was used for alcoholic beverages. Alcohol is so expensive that the manufacturer did not want to give you even one extra drink
Additional Applications: A customer in South Carolina has had a JIT contract with Hardware Products since 1974. Currently we supply them with 166 different springs, 118 of which are under contract.
We supplied a customer in Pennsylvania with 230 different springs. They recommended us to their sister company in South Carolina because of our ability to control large numbers of springs In one short year we now service the sister company with 96 different springs and the amount is growing daily. That company frequently comments "where have you been all of our lives!".
A certain spring company wanted to abandon a certain portion of their market but they did not want to leave their customers without a good source of supply so they recommended Hardware Products to their former customers in that segment
